Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. To start a request, email us at hello@thepeaksleep.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Process

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No return shipping required in these cases.

Items We Cannot Accept

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Mouth tape (opened packs)
  • Nose strips (opened packs)
  • Eye masks (once used)

Unopened, unused versions of these items remain eligible for return within the 30-day window.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 14+ days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of placement, please contact us at hello@thepeaksleep.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed for fulfillment, in which case our standard return policy applies.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee, unless explicitly marked as final sale.
