Thank you for shopping with Peak Sleep. We work hard to get your sleep essentials to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and shipping destination.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We're working on expanding international shipping options — sign up for our email list to be notified when we ship to your country.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the initial notification.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days or you have questions, please email us at hello@thepeaksleep.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at hello@thepeaksleep.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Customs and Duties (International Orders Only)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately. Each item will arrive in its own package with separate tracking. You will not be charged extra shipping if this happens.

We work with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international postal services to deliver your orders.
