Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, no questions asked.
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or email us at hello@peaksleep.com with your order number and request to cancel.
Refunds for cancellations:
- If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again
- If you've already been charged for an upcoming shipment but haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a refund
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Pausing your subscription:
If you don't want to cancel but need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. You'll be charged again when your pause ends, unless you extend or cancel.
